Bjørn is released from prison after serving time for robbery . He's decided to change his life and get the help of a friend working as guard at a swimming pool . He soon realizes that not everyone will forget his past and when he tries to reunite with his wife their children , problems arise. Bjørn feels ostracized and life as criminal seems all the more tempting.

Five individuals located five different places in the country and living five different and unique lives. Over the course of 24 hours, they will each face one of life’s defining and crucial crossroads.
